I am happily downloading mp3's and browsing content on LotusLive. It only took 5 business days of working with support. Support requested I try everything, from reseting my password, clearing my browser cache, switching browsers and trying it on a different computer. Finally when they deleted my profile and recreated a new one for me everything is working fine!

I have been holding my tongue regarding the MP3's that were clouded in mystery since opening day of Lotusphere. The conference materials and the online site both stated the MP3's were for sale via the vsi media booth, the same company that sells the videos. The person running the booth was very interested in selling them, but after speaking to someone from IBM at the conference he said they would be made available.
Finally there has been an update posted on the Lotusphere online site.

On Friday, February 6, 2009 at 4:00 pm eastern time, Lotusphere Online 2009 will close.  Registered conference attendees will still be able to access presentation PDFs and soon, presentation MP3s, in LotusLive.

Looks like if you want access to them you have to join the LotusLive site via your invitation. After creating my account and poking around a little, I am not impressed. Hopefully things will get better by the end of the week. As for now I have no access to do much of anything and I keep getting this fancy little error.
